Terms of service
These terms set out what you can expect from Umbrixon and what we expect from you in return. Using the site or any of its tools means you agree to them.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptable use
You may check domains, addresses and links that you own or are otherwise authorised to assess. You agree not to use Umbrixon to harass, surveil or target anyone, to test infrastructure you have no permission to test, or to attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service. The free tools are provided for legitimate security and diligence purposes only.
2. Nature of the data
Exposure findings are indicative, not exhaustive. A result reflects what our sources contained at the time of the query, and the absence of a finding is never proof that you are safe, data we have not indexed may still exist. Treat every report as a prompt to investigate, not as a guarantee or a compliance certificate.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep the data accurate and the site online, but we do not promise that results will be complete, uninterrupted or error-free.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umbrixon is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including losses stemming from acting, or failing to act, on a result. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, note it on the site. Continuing to use Umbrixon after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
